细胞周期调控主要是通过细胞周期蛋白(cyclin),细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclin-dependentkinase,CDK)和细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶抑制剂(cyclin-dependentkinaseinhibitor,CKI)进行网络调控实现的。Cyclin和CDK过表达和活性异常增强,CKI表达缺失和检测点异常都可能导致细胞周期紊乱使细胞增生失控进而形成肿瘤。研究发现,子宫平滑肌肿瘤(uterinesmoothmuscletumors,USMTs)的发生、发展及恶变与细胞周期调节失控密切相关,阐明细胞周期调控机理及细胞周期失控与USMTs的关系,对探讨USMTs发生机制,为USMTs诊断、治疗和提示预后提供新方法有重要意义。
