近几年,用户在使用连续墙抓斗过程中,逐渐由以前片面追求工程进度,转而越来越多地重视设备节能及环保。使用者理念的改变,促使研发设计人员改变设计思路,更多以降低能耗、提高效率为目标去研发产品。本文以设计SG50A型连续墙抓斗为例,介绍以节能、环保、高效为主导思想设计的液压系统。1.合理选择液压件选用液压件需从成本、工况条件等诸多方面去综合考虑,只有这样才能设计出合理的系统。
In recent years, users in the process of using continuous wall grab, gradually one-sided pursuit of progress from the previous project, in turn, more and more emphasis on energy-saving equipment and environmental protection. The change of user’s idea urges R & D designers to change their design ideas, and more to develop products with the goal of reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency. Taking the design of SG50A continuous wall grab bucket as an example, this paper introduces the hydraulic system designed with energy conservation, environmental protection and high efficiency as the leading idea. 1. Reasonable choice of hydraulic parts Select hydraulic parts from the cost, working conditions and many other aspects to consider, the only way to design a reasonable system.
