随着全媒体时代到来,媒体市场竞争日趋激烈,传统广播要在竞争中立于不败之地,提高节目质量和管理水平、满足受众收听需求是根本之策。作为我国少数民族地区的主流媒体,西藏人民广播电台不断深化改革发展,有针对性地开展了受众听评工作。而如何将这一工作与改进节目质量有机结合起来,是摆在西藏台面前的一项重要课题。本文以西藏台为例,就如何改进受众听评工作、打造受众听评体系,进行分析研究并提出对策。
With the advent of the all-media era and the increasingly fierce media market competition, traditional broadcasting must be invincible in the competition and improve program quality and management level so as to meet the audience’s demand for listening. As the mainstream media in ethnic minority areas in China, the Tibetan People’s Broadcasting Station has continuously deepened its reform and development and listened to and appraised the audience in a targeted manner. How to combine this work with the improvement of program quality is an important topic before the Tibetan platform. This article takes Tibet Taiwan as an example to analyze and research how to improve the audience’s listening and appraising work and to build audiences’ listening and appraisal system.
