以扬子BOC的 385 0 0m3 /h空分设备为例 ,分析了内压缩流程中的高压液空节流过程的火用损失 ;分别利用火用分析法和冷量分析法 ,估算了使用全液体膨胀机节省的功率 ;指出在这套内压缩流程空分设备中使用全液体膨胀机 ,使制氧单耗下降了 3%左右。
Taking the 3850m3 / h air separation plant of Yangtze BOC as an example, the exergy loss of high pressure liquid-filled throttling process in internal compression process was analyzed. Exergy analysis and cryogenic analysis were used to estimate the effect of using full liquid Expander saving power; pointed out that in this set of compression process air separation plant using a full liquid expander, oxygen consumption decreased by about 3%.
