对于形状复杂、尺寸较多的冲裁件，模具磨损后，刃口尺寸的变化有增大、减小、不变三种情况。模具尺寸就应该根据这三种情况分别计算。但这种冲裁件大都形状复杂，在计算刃口尺寸时，往往因为对尺寸变化情况的判断失误而造成刃口尺寸计算的错误，最终导致制造出来的模具无法加工出符合尺寸要求的冲裁件。
