随着科学技术的不断进步和国家对水利事业的日益重视,水情自动测报系统已在我国水文、防汛和水电厂水库调度领域得到了广泛的应用。但要真正发挥其作用,离不开对系统进行日常的管理和维护。以金沙江下游梯级水电站水情自动测报系统为例,总结系统在运行过程中如何进行有效的管理和维护,以及如何去分析、判断和处理系统发生的故障,以利于更好地发挥系统的作用。 With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the increasing emphasis on water conservancy in our country, automatic hydrological forecasting system has been widely used in hydrology, flood control and hydropower station reservoir dispatch in our country. But to really play its role, it is inseparable from the day-to-day management and maintenance of the system. Taking the automatic hydrological data reporting and reporting system of the Cascaded Hydropower Station in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River as an example, this paper summarizes how to effectively manage and maintain the system during operation, and how to analyze, judge and deal with system failures so as to better play the role of system .
