左室室壁瘤是急性透壁心肌梗塞的严重併发症,发病率为1.25%~38%。文献中发病率差异较大,与室壁瘤的诊断方法、标准及定义不同等有关。二维超声显象是诊断室壁瘤的可靠方法,适于在ccu进行早期及连续系列检查。我们用此法,对110例急性心肌梗塞进行了连续观察,对左室室壁瘤开始形成的时间、发生率、临床意义进行了前瞻性研究。
Left ventricular aneurysm is a serious complication of acute transmural myocardial infarction with a prevalence of 1.25% to 38%. The incidence of the literature vary widely, and the diagnosis of aneurysms, standards and definitions of different. Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging is a reliable method of diagnosing aneurysms and is suitable for early and continuous series of examinations in ccu.
