目的：分析引起白血病合并糖尿病患者血糖控制不良的原因，提出护理干预的方法。方法参考我院既往大量的临床案例和相关文献分析白血病合并糖尿病患者血糖控制不良的原因，对2011年8月至2013年11月收治的白血病合并糖尿病患者52例进行相应的护理干预。结果52例患者住院期间血糖控制良好，护理干预有效。结论造成白血病合并糖尿病患者血糖控制不良的因素众多，正确的分析原因，给予恰当的护理干预，有助于患者血糖的控制，改善患者预后，提高护理质量。“,”Objective:Analysis the causes of poor blood glucose control in patients with leukemia complicated with diabetes cause, method of nursing intervention. Method:Reference to clinical case our previous analysis of related literature and the causes of poor blood glucose in patients with leukemia complicated with diabetes control, on 2011 August to 2013 November were 52 cases of leukemia patients complicated with diabetes were given nursing intervention. Result:In 52 cases of hospitalized patients with good blood sugar control, effective nursing intervention. Conclusion:Cause blood glucose in patients with leukemia patients with poorly control ed diabetes by many factors, analysis of the causes of the right, giving appropriate nursing intervention, control contribute to blood sugar, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of nursing care.
