[目的]探讨S100A8在内毒素休克小鼠肝脏组织中的表达。[方法]SPF级BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组和LPS处理组(LPS刺激1h、3h和6h,LPS剂量为35mg/kg);采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组肝脏组织S100A8蛋白水平的变化。[结果]S100A8在内毒素休克小鼠肝组织的胞浆及胞膜上表达增强。[结论]S100A8在内毒素休克的肝组织中表达增强,提示S100A8可能参与LPS诱导的信号转导。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of S100A8 in the liver of endotoxic shock mice. [Methods] SPF BALB / c mice were randomly divided into normal control group and LPS treatment group (LPS stimulation 1h, 3h and 6h, LPS dose of 35mg / kg); Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of S100A8 protein Horizontal changes. [Results] The expression of S100A8 in the cytoplasm and membrane of liver tissue of endotoxic shock mice was enhanced. [Conclusion] The increased expression of S100A8 in liver tissue of endotoxic shock suggests that S100A8 may be involved in LPS-induced signal transduction.
