目的:比较大黄传统饮片与煮散颗粒在药效上的差异,为大黄煮散颗粒的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:分别制备大黄传统饮片与煮散颗粒水煎受试样品,给药剂量按生药量计分别为0.5g/kg、1g/kg和2g/kg。以消旋山莨菪碱所致小鼠便秘模型评估二者的泻下作用;以碳末法评估二者对小鼠胃排空及肠道推进功能的影响;以二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀模型评估二者的抗炎作用;以小鼠甩尾法评估二者的镇痛作用。结果:大黄传统饮片及煮散颗粒在2g/kg均可促进便秘小鼠排便,增加胃肠道运动,抑制二甲苯所致急性炎症。结论:大黄煮散颗粒有可能成为一种新型饮片。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacodynamic effects of traditional Chinese medicinal Pieces of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei with those of boiled granule in order to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of rhubarb boiled granula. Methods: The rhubarb traditional Pieces and boiled powder decoction samples were prepared respectively. The dosage was 0.5g / kg, 1g / kg and 2g / kg, respectively. The constipation model induced by anisodamine in mice was used to evaluate the diarrhea effect. The effects of both on gastric emptying and intestinal propelling were evaluated by carbon end-labeling method. The mouse ear swelling model induced by xylene The anti-inflammatory effects of both were evaluated. The analgesic effects of the two drugs were evaluated by mouse tail flick method. Results: Rhubarb traditional Pieces and boiled powder at 2g / kg can promote constipation mice defecation, increase gastrointestinal motility, inhibition of acute inflammation caused by xylene. Conclusion: Rhubarb boiled powder may become a new type of Pieces.
