患者,34岁,第一胎。孕33周,因重度预痫于1983年2月8日入院。患者孕26周时开始下肢浮肿,30周时血压上升。入院后查体:心肺正常,血压160/120。子宫如孕33周,右枕前位,胎心146/分,儿头浮,无产兆。眼睑及下肢浮肿,眼底检查为血管痉挛,无何自觉症状。化验:血红蛋白11g,白细胞11000,出凝血时间正常。尿蛋白++++,镜检:红细胞0～2,白细
