为了研究摩擦副中表面膜的形成条件、化学成分和状态等,用接触电阻考察了全配方机油润滑条件下往复运动的缸套/活塞环摩擦副中表面膜的形成过程,并采用Auger电子能谱仪(AES)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)系统研究了表面膜的成分、厚度、化学价态等特性。分析表明缸套试样上表面膜厚约1μm,含有以无定型状态存在的大量碳、氧化物及少量复杂的摩擦化学反应产物。研究表明,接触电阻法可实时监测表面膜的形成过程。
In order to study the formation conditions, chemical composition and state of the surface film in the friction pair, the formation process of the surface film in the cylinder liner / piston ring friction pair reciprocating under the condition of oil lubrication was investigated by means of contact resistance. Auger electron energy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to study the composition, thickness and chemical valence of the surface film. The analysis shows that the thickness of the cylinder liner sample is about 1μm on the upper surface, which contains a large amount of carbon and oxides in the amorphous state and a small amount of complicated tribochemical reaction products. Studies have shown that the contact resistance method can be real-time monitoring of the surface film formation process.
