目的:探讨应用β-环糊精包合技术掩蔽制剂用水蛭原粉腥臭异味的作用及效果。方法:在通过气相色谱法验证β-环糊精对正己醛、三甲胺2种成分的包合作用基础上,分析水蛭原粉经β-环糊精掩味处理前后正己醛、三甲胺的溶出变化情况。结果:正己醛、三甲胺作为水蛭原粉中腥臭异味物质的主要组成成分,其质量分数分别为002,009 mg·g~(-1);正己醛包合物水相中未检出正己醛成分,同样三甲胺包合物水相中仅能检出微量三甲胺;水蛭原粉与β-环糊精共研磨后所得水蛭混合粉水相中均未检出游离的正己醛和三甲胺成分。结论:β-环糊精能对正己醛、三甲胺等低分子腥臭异味成分达到有效包合作用。β-环糊精可用作气味掩蔽剂,在生产中合理添加后可达到有效掩蔽药材原粉及其制剂不良气味的目的。
Objective: To explore the effect and effect of masking the odor and odor of the water repellent powder with the β-cyclodextrin inclusion technique. Methods: Based on the analysis of the β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes of n-hexanal and trimethylamine by gas chromatography, the dissolution of n-hexanal and trimethylamine before and after the taste masking of β-cyclodextrin was studied. Changes. Results: n-hexanal and trimethylamine were the main constituents of the odor and odor substances in the raw leeches. Their mass fractions were 002,009 mg·g -1 , respectively; n-hexanal was not detected in the aqueous phase of n-hexanal inclusions. In the same trimethylamine inclusion complex aqueous phase, only trace trimethylamine could be detected. No free n-hexanal and trimethylamine components were detected in the water phase of the mixed hydrotalcite powder obtained after co-grinding the mink raw powder with β-cyclodextrin. Conclusions: β-cyclodextrin can achieve effective encapsulation of low molecular odor and odor components such as n-hexanal and trimethylamine. β-Cyclodextrin can be used as an odor masking agent, and can be used to effectively mask the unpleasant odors of raw powders and preparations of medicinal materials after being reasonably added in production.
