对SiCw/LD2复合材料进行了热挤压 ,并对铸态和挤压态复合材料进行了时效处理。比较铸态、挤压态、时效态复合材料间的拉伸性能的结果表明 ,挤压变形可提高复合材料的强度和塑性 ;时效处理能够提高复合材料的强度 ,但却降低塑性。挤压变形后再时效处理可使复合材料达到最大的强度和模量。
The SiCw / LD2 composites were hot-extruded and the as-cast and extruded composites were aged. Comparing the tensile properties of as-cast, as-extruded and aged composites, the results show that the extrusion deformation can improve the strength and ductility of the composites; aging treatment can improve the strength of the composites, but reduce the plasticity. After extrusion deformation aging treatment can make the composite material to achieve maximum strength and modulus.
