再生混凝土中关于再生骨料取代天然骨料的研究,基本上都是围绕不同取代率对再生混凝土强度的影响这一方面,目前尚未见关于取代方式对再生混凝土性能影响的研究。该文提出两种新型再生粗骨料取代方式,研究了不同取代方式在不同取代率下对再生混凝土强度的影响。试验结果表明:无论在何种取代率下,大取代的早期抗压强度最大,其次是全取代,最后是小取代。新型取代方式研究揭示:大粒径取代方式下再生混凝土早期强度要优于传统取代方式。
Recycled concrete on recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate research, are basically around the different substitution rates on the strength of recycled concrete on the one hand, there is no study on the effect of substitution on the performance of recycled concrete. In this paper, two new methods of replacing coarse aggregate are proposed, and the effects of different substitution methods on the strength of recycled concrete under different substitution rates are studied. The experimental results show that at any substitution rate, the early compressive strength of the macrosubstitution is the largest, followed by the total substitution and finally the substitution of the substitution. The research on new substitution method revealed that the early strength of recycled concrete with large particle size substitution is better than the traditional substitution method.
