福柯提出权力并非实体,而是一种关系,散布于各处,具有生产性。他具体考察了权力是如何运作的,一些权力关系是如何以更微妙和弥散的方式被维持的。他的核心思想中警醒地提出权力与知识是共生的。这种无处不在的权力关系,笔者认为,在当今社会的媒体职能中体现得一览无余。新闻媒体作为一种强有力的信息传播手段,以链条形式发挥其功能,采纳各种新型的媒体形式,又借助公众将这种关系扩散到各处,实现了新闻播报的真正目的,而福柯理论中的权力与知识共生在新时代媒体影响力渐强的态势下则表现为权力与“独知”共生。
Foucault argued that power is not an entity, but a relationship that spreads everywhere and is productive. He examines in detail how power operates and how some power relations are maintained in a more subtle and diffused way. In his core thoughts, he cautioned that power and knowledge are symbiotic. This ubiquitous power relationship, I believe, in today’s social media functions reflected in the glance. As a powerful means of information dissemination, news media play its function as a chain, adopt various new forms of media, and help the public to spread this relationship everywhere to achieve the real purpose of news broadcast.
