劳动是一个人社会价值的体现,同时也是其获得报酬维持生存的必要途径。近年来我国经济正处于转型期,直接影响了我国原有劳动关系的稳定,各种劳动关系存在的问题凸显出来。处理好劳动关系的变更不仅关系到广大劳动者的合法权益能够得到保障,而且还关系到我国当前及今后的经济发展状况。因此,本文着重从我国劳动合同变更的角度进行研究,以求为我国今后调整有关劳动关系的法律制定提供可行建议。
Labor is the embodiment of a person’s social values and is also a necessary way for him to get paid to survive. In recent years, the economy of our country is in a period of transition, which has a direct impact on the stability of the original labor relations in our country. The problems in various labor relations are highlighted. Handling changes in labor relations not only concerns the protection of the lawful rights and interests of the broad masses of workers, but also the current and future economic development in our country. Therefore, this article focuses on the study from the perspective of the change of labor contract in our country, in order to provide feasible advice for our country to adjust the lawmaking about labor relations in the future.
