本文研究的目的是探讨褪黑激素和甲状腺机能减退(甲低)对生殖系统的影响,并确定甲状腺的机能状态是否影响褪黑激素对生殖系统的调整作用。实验用Syrian地鼠分六组进行观察:(1)对照组(注射乙醇盐水);(2)褪黑激素组;(3)褪黑激素加硫脲组;(4)褪黑激素加硫脲加甲状腺素(T_4)组;(5)硫脲T_4组;(6)硫脲组。所有动物的注射均在下午4∶00-4∶30进行。动物经10周后最后一次注射后处死。取血,血清贮存留待分析激素用。摘除垂体冰冻贮存继之快速置于磷酸缓冲液中。分析激素的匀浆要稀释。摘出卵
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of melatonin and hypothyroidism on the reproductive system and to determine whether the functional status of the thyroid affects the regulatory effect of melatonin on the reproductive system.
