为建立高效提取家蚕蛹虫草多糖的工艺技术,以家蚕蛹虫草子实体为原料,用超声波辅助法提取蛹虫草多糖,考察料液质量浓度、提取时间和超声波功率3个因素对多糖提取率的影响,并采用响应面分析法优化提取工艺条件。在超声波频率40 kHz的条件下,超声波辅助提取家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液质量浓度0.023 2 g/mL,提取时间39.8min,超声波功率103 W。在此工艺条件下,家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖提取率的预测值为8.20%,实测值为8.15%,比传统热水浸提法的提取率提高了1.08个百分点。扫描电子显微镜观察提取多糖后的蛹虫草子实体残渣颗粒的排列更为疏松,有较多的中空结构,表明采用超声波辅助提取更有利于家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖的溶出。
In order to establish an efficient extraction technology of polysaccharide from silkworm Cordyceps militaris, the silkworm Cordyceps militaris fruiting body was used as raw material to extract polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris by ultrasound-assisted method.
