为了全面了解扬子石化公司青年职工的思想现状,更加有效地开展青工思想教育,扬子石化公司党委宣传部、公司团委和党委办公室联合组织对该公司30岁以下青年职工思想状况进行了一次调查。本次调查采用不记名问卷调查与座谈、走访相结合的方式进行,从个体行为、价值取向、政治态度、工作责任四个方面入手,设置问题82个,共下发问卷10597份回收有效答卷9277份,回收率为87.5％,组织召开各类座谈会27次,参加座谈和走访的党政领导、老工人及青年职工计600余人。现将本次调查情况汇总分析如下:
In order to fully understand the status quo of young workers in Yangzi Petrochemical Company and to carry out more ideological education on young workers, Yangzi Petrochemical Company Party Propaganda Department, Company Communist Youth League and Party Committee Office jointly conducted a survey on the ideological status of the young workers below 30 years of age. The survey uses anonymous questionnaire survey and informal discussion, visit a combination of methods, from the individual behavior, value orientation, political attitudes, work responsibilities from four aspects, set up 82 questions, a total of 10597 copies of questionnaires were issued effective recovery questionnaire 9277 The recovery rate was 87.5%. 27 kinds of symposiums were organized and more than 600 party and government leaders, veterans and young workers participated in the talks and visits.
