乌克兰超硬材料研究所(基铺)研制了一种内排屑双刃深孔钻头的新结构(发明登记证№1642067/25-8)。钻头的双刃分别采用不同牌号的硬质合金刀片。刀片1采用BΚ6M,刀片2采用T5Κ10。刀片2的长度大于钻头半径,约为钻头直径的0.6倍,因而使用钻头的切削部分时就在其上形成横刃。隔开两个硬质合金刀片用的狭条5,是钢质刀体的一部分,大大地增加了钻头工作部分的强度。为了改善钻头的导向,钻头上镶有两条用T5Κ10硬质合金制成的导向条3及4。依靠两个引导部分6和7,钻头同钻杆中孔连接时能够精确地定心。
Ukraine Institute of Superhard Materials (KIBO) has developed a new double-edged deep-hole drill bit structure (Certificate of Invention № 1642067 / 25-8). Drill double-edged with different grades of cemented carbide inserts. Blade 1 uses BK6M, blade 2 uses T5K10. The length of the blade 2 is greater than the bit radius, which is about 0.6 times the diameter of the bit, so that the chisel edge is formed thereon when using the cutting portion of the bit. The strip 5, which separates two cemented carbide inserts, is part of the steel body and greatly increases the strength of the working part of the drill. In order to improve the orientation of the drill bit, there are two guide bars 3 and 4 made of T5K10 hard alloy. By virtue of the two guide portions 6 and 7, the drill can be centered precisely with the drill hole.
