在班级日常工作开展中,班主任作为主要的组织、领导人员,其行为思想会对学生的思想及心理双方面素质提升造成极大的影响。文章主要是对高职院校中,班主任思想教育工作的创新发展策略进行了分析研究,以此帮助进一步提升班主任思想教育工作质量,确保班主任思政教育工作的顺利及高效开展,促使学生形成正面优良思想观念。
