本文介绍了从日本引进的LT50-V-40G高强度低温钢制1900米~3大型乙烯球罐,在近五年运行中开罐检查所发现的裂纹情况。着重分析了裂纹分布位置、尺寸、形貌等内容,提出了对开罐裂纹返修及补焊的技术,最后对防止乙烯球罐脆断及其安全性措施进行了探讨。 This article introduced the LT50-V-40G high-strength and low-temperature steel 1900 m ~ 3 large-scale vinyl spheres introduced from Japan. During the last five years, the cracks found in open cans were examined. The crack location, size and morphology were analyzed emphatically. The technology of reworking and repairing the can crack was put forward. Finally, the prevention of brittle fracture and the safety measures were also discussed.
