目前我国中深孔采矿是个较为突出的薄弱环节,现仍采用风动凿岩机作业,存在效率低、能耗大,噪音大、工作环境差和作业成本高等问题。为此广西自治区科委于1976年6月委托我院与桂林冶金机械厂和广西大厂矿务局合作研制YCT—1型全液压采矿台车,1984年1月在广西大厂矿务局铜坑锡矿进行工业性试验,经过近二年的实践证明设备运行可靠,性能达到了设计要求。 YCT—1型全液压采矿台车适用于3.0×3.2~4.5×3.8m巷道中配用凿岩机型号为YYG~250A型,最大孔深为25m。支臂型式为单臂摆式,平移范围1.6m,扇形摆角100°。推进器采用了套筒双级等推力油缸,结构紧凑,工作平稳可靠,为国内首创。根据我国液压件的生产水平,液压系统采用冲击、回转、推进和调幅分别控制多泵系统。底
