超声砂带精密磨削技术是超声加工与砂带精密磨削的叠加技术。本文以要求高平面度和高光洁度的磁盘的光整加工,能达到良好的效果为例,阐述了这种叠加技术的加工方法,可以提高加工质量和加工效率。文中介绍了超声砂带精密磨削的机理,分析了影响磨削质量和效率的原因以及影响超声砂带精密磨削的因素,并且将普通砂带磨削与超声砂带精密磨削作了对比,进而从理论与实验两个方面证实了超声砂带精密磨削技术有良好的加工效果。
Ultrasonic belt precision grinding technology is ultrasonic machining and belt grinding precision superimposed technology. In this paper, we need to achieve good results by finishing the disks with high flatness and high finish, and illustrate the processing method of this stacking technology to improve the processing quality and processing efficiency. The comparison between ordinary abrasive belt and ultrasonic abrasive belt , And then from the theoretical and experimental aspects of two confirmed ultrasonic grinding belt precision grinding technology has a good processing effect.
