本文通过实测多种条件下补焊灰口铸铁的热循环曲线,系统分析了各种焊接工艺条件采用同质铸铁焊条所焊铸铁焊缝及其半熔化区的白口组织的形成和分布的影响规律,首次提出了判断白口形成的冷速判据——t和t_(8.5),为实际焊接灰口铸铁防止白口组织提供了简便可行的方法.
In this paper, by measuring the thermal cycling curves of gray cast iron under various conditions, the influence of various welding conditions on the formation and distribution of white weld in welded cast iron welded by homogenous cast iron electrode and its semi-molten zone was systematically analyzed For the first time, the criterion for determining the cooling rate of forming white mouth - t and t_ (8.5) was proposed for the first time, which provided a simple and feasible method for the actual welding of gray cast iron to prevent the white mouth from being formed.
