目的:研究安氏Ⅱ1错畸形应用Headgear-activator矫治器治疗前后软硬组织的变化及其相关性。方法:选择生长发育高峰期的50例安氏Ⅱ1错病例,分为治疗组27例,采用Headgear-activator矫治器治疗,对照组23例不进行治疗,定期参加随访,对两组病例治疗前后拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,对所测角度和线距计算x±s,利用配对t检验比较测量指标的变化,对特定的软硬组织测量指标进行相关分析。结果:大部分指标都发生了明显变化,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A’Ls-FH、NsPg’-FH、Z angle和GSnPg’的变化与颌骨位置和上切牙倾斜度的相关性明显(P<0.05)。结论:Headgear-activator可明显改善下颌后缩患者软组织侧貌,其改变主要源于下颌的前伸和上切牙的直立。
Objective: To study the changes and correlations of soft and hard tissues before and after treatment of Anglegell-Ⅱ malocclusion with Headgear-activator appliance. Methods: Fifty cases of malocclusion of grade Ⅱ1 in the peak of growth and development were selected and divided into treatment group (27 cases) and headgear-activator appliance (23 cases). The control group (23 cases) were not followed up X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs, the measured angles and line spacing calculated x ± s, the use of paired t test comparison of changes in measurement indicators, the specific measurement of soft and hard tissue correlation analysis. Results: The changes of most of the indexes were significant (P <0.05). The changes of A’Ls-FH, NsPg’-FH, Z angle and GSnPg ’ The correlation between incisors incisors was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Headgear-activator can significantly improve the soft tissue of patients with mandibular retrusion profile, the change is mainly due to the mandibular anteversion and incisor upright.
