本文论述了用 SSQ—φ275型湿式感应辊强磁选机进行三种不同强磁工艺流程试验,处理广西木圭粗粒烟灰锰矿石的特点。通过流程及选矿指标的对比分祈,认为采用一次强磁粗选流程生产6—0毫米的商品锰精矿是最简单、经济的方法;粗、细分选流程,指标较好,但流程结构较复杂,设备多,能耗高.采用何流程,需通过技术经济等多方面分析后方可确定。
This paper discusses the use of SSQ-φ275 type wet induction roller strong magnetic separator for three different ferromagnetic process flow tests to deal with the characteristics of Guangxi Mangui coarse-grained soot manganese ore. Through the comparison of process and beneficiation indexes, it is concluded that using a strong magnetic rougher process to produce 6-0 mm commercial manganese concentrate is the simplest and most economical method. The process of coarse and fine separation is better, but the process structure More complicated, more equipment, high energy consumption.What process needs to be determined by technical and economic analysis in many ways.
