Since the 1980s, molecular epidemiological studies have shown that about 5% of the population’s genetic susceptibility to cancer is caused by a dominant genetic defect syndrome. The vast majority are genetic polymorphisms of low-risk inherited metabolic enzyme genes. Due to lack. This article gives a brief overview of the research progress in this area.
