氟喹诺酮类药物是广泛应用于治疗淋病奈瑟菌的口服制剂,其耐药性呈散在发生,形成较慢,且水平较低,最小抑菌浓度(MICs)的增加大多与药物使用剂量较高有关。该文报告2例由高水平喹诺酮耐药株引起的淋球菌感染、用大剂量(500mg)环丙氟哌酸治疗失败的病例。
Fluoroquinolones are widely used oral preparations for the treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The drug resistance of the fluoroquinolones is scattered and formed slowly and at a relatively low level. The increase of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MICs) is mostly associated with the higher dose of the drug related. This article reports 2 cases of gonococcal infection caused by high levels of quinolone-resistant strains, with high doses (500 mg) of ciprofloxacin in the treatment of failed cases.
