为了模拟高温管段保温层下的腐蚀(CUI) ,设计并建立了一套小型实验室装置。CUI装置由六个环形碳钢试件组成 ,试件之间由绝缘的隔离垫隔开 ,两端通过法兰固定在一起。试件周围的环形空间用绝热材料保温。两个隔离的电极室中的环形试件作为试验电极。一个电极室中的工作试件不加涂层保护 ,另一个电极室中的工作试件加涂层保护。腐蚀测量是在恒温和干湿交替环境下采用电化学极化电阻和腐蚀失重数据两种方法进行的。试验装置 :①在实验室成功地模拟了CUI;②能够评价腐蚀特性并观测不同的腐蚀形态 ;③模拟CUI条件测试涂层保护度。
In order to simulate the under-temperature corrosion (CUI) of high-temperature pipe sections, a small laboratory device was designed and built. CUI device consists of six ring carbon steel specimens, separated by an insulating spacer between the specimen, the two ends are fixed together by the flange. The annular space surrounding the test piece is insulated with thermal insulation. Annular specimens in two isolated electrode chambers served as test electrodes. The working specimen in one electrode compartment is uncoated and the working specimen in the other electrode compartment is coated and protected. Corrosion measurement is carried out in two alternative methods, electrochemical polarization resistance and corrosion loss data, at constant temperature and in alternating wet and dry conditions. Experimental equipment: ① successfully simulated CUI in the laboratory; ② can evaluate the corrosion characteristics and observe different corrosion morphology; ③ simulate the CUI conditions to test the degree of coating protection.
