钛合金是一种变形系数小、强度较高、抗腐蚀性能好、低温韧性好、热强性好、以及焊接性能好的加工材料,其被广泛地应用于紧固件以及飞机起落架结构承力件的制作中,然而这种材料也有一定的缺点,其弹性模量小、导热系数小、容易燃烧和变形、效率低等各方面因素直接影响了其加工工艺和加工质量。因而对其在机械加工中存在问题进行分析,提高加工工艺质量水平对促进钛合金材料的运用是非常重要的。本文主要针对钛合金紧固件使用以及加工中存在的问题进行分析,并探讨提高加工工艺质量的有效措施。
Titanium alloy is a processing material with small deformation coefficient, high strength, good corrosion resistance, good low temperature toughness, good heat resistance and good welding performance. It is widely used in fasteners and aircraft landing gear structural bearings However, this kind of material also has some disadvantages, such as low elastic modulus, small thermal conductivity, easy combustion and deformation, low efficiency and other factors, which directly affect the processing technology and processing quality. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the existing problems in the machining and to improve the quality of the machining process to promote the use of the titanium alloy material. This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the use and processing of titanium alloy fasteners and discusses the effective measures to improve the quality of the processing technology.
