在社会经济快速发展的时代背景下,事业单位体制改革也不断深入,实现企业化管理是事业单位体制改革的目标之一。在事业单位进行企业化管理改革的过程中,单位中原有的内部控制管理模式和方式存在一系列问题,严重影响和制约着事业单位改革和发展进程。因此,完善内控管理制度及管理模式是事业单位实现企业化管理改革的必要前提。本文从分析事业单位内控管理中存在的问题,进而总结出解决的措施。
Under the background of rapid social and economic development, institutional reform of public institutions has also been deepened. The realization of enterprise management is one of the goals of institutional reform of public institutions. In the process of undertaking the reform of enterprise management in public institutions, there existed a series of problems in the existing internal control management modes and methods in the units, which seriously affected and restricted the process of the reform and development of public institutions. Therefore, improving the internal control management system and management mode is the necessary prerequisite for public institutions to achieve the reform of enterprise management. This article analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of the institutions and then summarizes the solutions.
