目的探讨优化流程在门诊化疗药物输注中应用的效果分析。方法取2008-10-2009-10 268例化疗药使用者为对象,120例为观察组,148例为对照组,通过控制输液流程和优化配药环节,观察静脉穿刺时患者疼痛感觉、输液中渗漏次数、患者对操作满意度进行统计学分析。结果对两组数据进行卡方检验,χ2=63.57,P值<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论对化疗药输注流程进行优化,可以减轻患者穿刺时疼痛感觉,减少渗漏次数,提高患者满意度。 Objective To explore the application of optimization procedure in outpatient chemotherapeutic drug infusion. METHODS: A total of 268 chemotherapy drug users were enrolled in 2008-10-2009-10. 120 patients in the observation group and 148 patients in the control group were enrolled in this study. The pain perception was observed by venous puncture by controlling the infusion process and optimizing the drug delivery. The number of leaks, the patient satisfaction with the operation of statistical analysis. Results Two groups of data were chi square test, χ2 = 63.57, P value <0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Optimizing the infusion procedure of chemotherapeutic drugs can reduce pain perception, reduce leakage times and improve patient satisfaction during puncture.
