目的了解宜宾市各区、县疾病预防控制中心从事食品、环境卫生监测和食物中毒等突发事件调查的监测人员现状,为指导宜宾市卫生监测人力资源配置和公共卫生体系的建设提供依据。方法按照设定的调查内容,收集2011年宜宾市、区、县级11个疾病预防控制中心监测工作人员的基本信息和辖区常住人口指标,应用Excel进行统计分析。结果全市卫生监测人员数量与辖区常住人口配比约为1:6.1万人,41岁以上年龄人数占67.12%,文化程度分布中专和高中占42.47%,职称中初级职称占54.79%。结论宜宾市疾病预防控制机构卫生监测人力资源总量严重不足,卫生监测人员年龄结构不合理,职称及学历较低,整体素质不高。
Objective To understand the status quo of monitoring personnel engaged in the investigation of emergencies such as food, environmental health monitoring and food poisoning in all districts and counties of Yibin, and to provide basis for guiding the construction of health monitoring human resource allocation and public health system in Yibin. Methods According to the content of the survey, the basic information of monitoring staff in 11 CDC of Yibin, district and county in 2011 and the resident population index in the area were collected and statistically analyzed by Excel. Results The number of health inspectors in the city and the resident population in the area were about 1:16 000, with 67.12% of people over the age of 41, 42.47% of secondary and senior high schools with educational level, and 54.79% of junior titles in their titles. Conclusion Yibin City CDC has a serious shortage of human resources for health monitoring. The age structure of health monitors is not reasonable, their titles and qualifications are low, and their overall quality is not high.
