目的:研究茅莓根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱和制备高效液相色谱等方法对茅莓根的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从茅莓根的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:3β-乙酰氧基-11α,12α-环氧-齐墩果烷-28,13β-内酯(Ⅰ)、3-O-乙酰坡模酸(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、3β-乙酰氧基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅳ)、蔷薇酸(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the root of Maize Methods: Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH - 20 and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from the roots of Hevea brasiliensis. The structures of the compounds were identified based on their physico - chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Mao-berry roots and identified as 3β-acetoxy-11α, 12α-epoxy-oleanane-28,13β- (Ⅱ), ursolic acid (Ⅲ), 3β-acetoxy-12-ene-28-ursolic acid (Ⅳ), rose acid (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol Ⅵ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
