研究了肼在磁性条件下与鲁米诺和高碘酸钾产生化学发光行为,建立了流动注射化学发光测定痕量用的新方法。肼的浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL范围内与化学发光强度成线性关系,检出限为 4 × 10-9g/mL;相对标准偏差小于 3%。本方法用于空气中痕量肼的测定,简便,快速,灵敏度高,选择性好。当采样体积为 120 L时,用的最低检出浓度为 0.002mg/m3。
The chemiluminescence behavior of hydrazine with luminol and potassium periodate under magnetic condition was studied. A new method for the determination of trace amount by flow injection chemiluminescence was established. The concentration of hydrazine was linear with the chemiluminescence intensity in the range of 1.0 × 10-8 ~ 1.0 × 10-6g / mL with the detection limit of 4 × 10-9g / mL and the relative standard deviation less than 3%. The method is used for the determination of traces of hydrazine in the air, which is simple, rapid, sensitive and selective. When the sampling volume is 120L, the lowest detection concentration used is 0.002mg / m3.
