患者男 79岁 ,于 1984年因全身多处浅表淋巴结肿大 ,经淋巴结活检病理确诊为非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤。于 1984～1988年行ＣＯＰ方案化疗共 9个疗程 (总剂量为ＶＣＲ43ｍｇ ,ＣＴＸ330 0 0ｍｇ) ,全身浅表淋巴结人隔、腹部淋巴结均明显缩小 ,缓解数年。 1987年因眼部不适检查发现右 The patient was 79 years old and was diagnosed as a non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma by lymph node biopsy in 1984 because of multiple superficial lymph node enlargement. From 1984 to 1988, there were 9 courses of chemotherapy for COP regimen (total dose was VCR 43mg, CTX 330 0 0mg).
