对热轧基岩地层20MnSi锚杆进行了钒合金化和淬火与回火热处理,对比分析了钒和热处理对锚杆奥氏体晶粒大小、力学性能、显微组织和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度升高,20MnSi锚杆的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有所降低,断后伸长率与0℃冲击功随着回火温度的升高有上升的趋势;同样的热处理工艺下,添加V后的20MnSiV锚杆的断后伸长率与冲击功并没有升高,且均比不添加V的20MnSi锚杆的低。
The vanadium alloy and quenching and tempering heat treatment were carried out on the 20MnSi anchor rod of the hot rolled bedrock formation. The influence of vanadium and heat treatment on the austenite grain size, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of the anchor rod was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of 20MnSi anchor rod are both reduced. The elongation at break and the impact energy at 0 ℃ tend to increase with the increase of tempering temperature. Heat treatment process, after adding 20MnSiV V after the bolt elongation and impact energy did not rise, and are not added V 20MnSi anchor low.
