目的:观察草木樨流浸膏片对类风湿性关节炎患者临床疗效及血清炎症因子的影响,探讨草木樨流浸膏片对类风湿性关节炎的作用机制。方法:将80例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为两组,试验组给予草木樨流浸膏片800mg,tid,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠片50mg,tid,分别于治疗前及治疗6周后评估患者病情活动性,采用酶联免疫法测定各受试者血清中炎症因子的浓度。结果:(1)治疗前,两组患者病情活动指标:晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节压痛级别、类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白评价指标无显著差异;炎症因子水平无显著差异;(2)治疗6周后∶两组受试者病情明显改善,草木樨流浸膏片800mg(tid)组有效率明显高于对照组;其中与对照组相比,晨僵时间、关节疼痛级别试验指标差异具有显著性(P<0.05),炎症因子水平明显降低(P<0.05),其中TNF-α降低26.6±3.1(pg/ml),IL-6降低0.9±0.4(pg/ml),且胃肠道不良反应发生率(1/40)显著低于对照组(5/40)。结论:草木樨流浸膏片对类风湿性关节炎患者具有明显的临床疗效,其机制可能与调节患者炎症因子水平有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical curative effect and serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on the effect of herbal medicine extract on rheumatoid arthritis, and to explore the mechanism of action of herbal medicine extract on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given 800ml of timolol extract and tid. The control group was given diclofenac sodium tablets 50mg and tid, respectively, before and 6 weeks after treatment The patient’s condition was active. The concentration of inflammatory cytokines in each subject’s serum was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: (1) Before treatment, there were no significant differences in inflammatory activity between the two groups in terms of morning stiffness, joint pain, joint tenderness, rheumatoid factor, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein. (2) After 6 weeks of treatment, the condition of the two groups of patients improved significantly. The effective rate of 800ml (tid) group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the morning stiffness time, joint pain level (P <0.05), the level of inflammatory cytokines decreased significantly (P <0.05), the level of TNF-α decreased by 26.6 ± 3.1 (pg / ml), IL-6 decreased by 0.9 ± 0.4 And the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions (1/40) was significantly lower than the control group (5/40). Conclusion: Herba Epimedii Extract has obvious curative effect on patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory cytokines in patients.
