Hepatitis A virus (H A V) was obtained by passage and proliferation of cell strains highly efficient and sustained. Highly purified HAV particles were isolated by discontinuous sucrose / glycerol density gradient ultracentrifugation. After mild virus lysis solution, the three proteins were separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
