为了解决方管铝型材冷却不均的问题,利用有限元分析软件Fluent,对方管铝型材喷水冷却的温度场进行了三维瞬态数值模拟,分析了方管铝型材特征点的温度场变化规律,研究了挤出成形速度、喷嘴纵向间距及喷嘴横向间距对方管铝型材冷却温度场的影响.结果表明:挤出成形速度和喷嘴纵向间距对方管铝型材纵向温度场影响明显,而喷嘴横向间距对温度场的影响主要表现在横向上.采用最大的挤出成形速度、最小的喷嘴纵向间距和80mm的喷嘴横向间距可以得到较均匀的冷却温度场.
In order to solve the problem of uneven cooling of the square pipe aluminum profile, the finite element analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the temperature field of the square pipe aluminum profile by water cooling. The temperature field of the square pipe aluminum profile was analyzed , The effects of extrusion forming speed, longitudinal nozzle spacing and transverse nozzle spacing on the cooling temperature field of square tube aluminum profiles were studied.The results show that extrusion speed and nozzle longitudinal spacing have significant influence on the longitudinal temperature field of square tube aluminum profiles, The influence on the temperature field is mainly in the horizontal direction, and a more uniform cooling temperature field can be obtained by using the maximum extrusion speed, the minimum nozzle longitudinal spacing and the 80mm nozzle transverse spacing.
