目的建立高效液相色谱法测定红霉素眼膏的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(5um)为分析柱。流动相:0.1mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液(三乙胺调节pH6.5)–乙腈(70:30);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长210nm。进样量20ul。结果在进样量2.5~80.0ug的范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),重复进样RSD=0.31%。结论该方法简便快速,重现性好,可作为红霉素眼膏的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of erythromycin ointment by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods octadecylsilane bonded silica gel (5um) as analytical column. Mobile phase: 0.1mol / L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (triethylamine adjusted pH6.5) - acetonitrile (70:30); flow rate: 1.0ml / min; detection wavelength 210nm. Injection volume 20ul. Results There was a good linear relationship between injection volume and peak area (r = 0.9999) and RSD = 0.31% in the range of 2.5 ~ 80.0ug. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of erythromycin ointment.
