研究了格点势能Vn=λtanh[Acos(2πσn)]/tanhA,σ=(5-1)/2的一类非公度体系的电子动力学性质.分析了体系中不同相区内波函数的特征,发现延展态的波函数类似于Bloch波,在一定范围内体系中存在临界态.计算了自关联函数C(t)和均方位移d(t),分析了它们的长时行为,发现当体系各态均为延展态时,C(t)~t-1,d(t)~t1;当体系各态均为局域态时,C(t)~t0,d(t)~t0;在复杂相区,即延展态、局域态和临界态共存时,C(t)的行为与初始位置密切相关,但d(t)~tβ,β=1.研究还表明C(t)的行为可由其相应局部态密度的关联维数来确定.
The electron dynamic properties of a class of noncommensative systems with lattice point potential Vn = λtanh [Acos (2πσn)] / tanhA and σ = (5-1) / 2 are studied. The characteristics of the wave functions in different phase regions are analyzed. It is found that the wave function in the extended state is similar to the Bloch wave, and there exists a critical state in the system within a certain range. The long-term behavior of C (t) and the mean square displacement d (t) are calculated. It is found that when all the states of the system are in extended state, C (t) ~ t- (T) ~ t0, d (t) ~ t0 when the states of the system are in the local state, and C (t) The behavior is closely related to the initial position, but d (t) ~ tβ, β = 1. The study also shows that the behavior of C (t) can be determined by the correlation dimension of its corresponding local state density.
