将花生未成熟幼叶、子叶节、上胚轴和下胚轴等作外植体,以离体培养添加AgNO3 的分化培养基诱导产生不定芽。结果表明,使用AgNO3 4~8m g/L对细胞再生有很大的促进作用,提高形态发生反应比率,特别是上胚轴对AgNO3 作用反应极为明显,产芽率达到100% 。但AgNO3 对花生芽再生的促进作用具有器官特异性,不同外植体源对AgNO3 反应存在较大差异。黑暗培养有利于芽的分化和形成。
Immature young leaves of peanut, cotyledonary node, hypocotyls and hypocotyls were used as explants, adventitious buds were induced by in vitro culture medium supplemented with AgNO3. The results showed that the use of AgNO3 4 ~ 8m g / L on cell regeneration has a great role in promoting the morphological reaction rate, especially the epicotyl effect of AgNO3 extremely obvious, budding rate of 100%. However, the promotion of AgNO3 on the regeneration of peanut buds is organ-specific, and the response of AgNO3 to different explants is quite different. Dark culture is conducive to bud differentiation and formation.
