Objective To study the clinical effect of combining Chinese and western nursing interventions on hemorrhoids with automatic hemorrhoids ligation (RPH). Methods A total of 78 patients with hemorrhoids treated with RPH were divided into three groups according to the principle of randomization: control group (n = 39) and control group (n = 39). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing interventions, and patients in the combined group were treated with Chinese-western nursing interventions. Postoperative pain scores, satisfaction scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain score was 2 to 7 and the average postoperative pain score was 4.21 ± 2.09 in the integrated group. The postoperative pain score was 4 to 8 in the control group, and the average postoperative pain score was 6.81 ± 2.47 ). The score of postoperative pain in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of patients in the comprehensive group was 85 to 100, and the average satisfaction score was (95.27 ± 8.24). The satisfaction score of the control group was 80 to 100 and the average satisfaction score was (89.15 ± 10.58) Patient satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the integrated group was 5.13%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.77%, P <0.05). Conclusion As a new minimally invasive surgery for hemorrhoids, RPH is widely used in clinical practice. However, the combination of Chinese and western nursing interventions make RPH recover quickly and painfully, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
