低氢焊条生产经验交流会于一九七四年二月二十二日至二十八日,由一机部主持,在内蒙古自治区机械局、乌兰察布盟及集宁市党政领导的大力支持下,于集宁市召开。参加会议的有五十个单位的领导干部、工人、技术人员。这次会议是在伟大领袖毛主席亲自发动和领导的群众性批林批孔的政治斗争正在全国掀起高潮的形势下召开的。与会代表以马列主义、毛泽东思想为武器,以党的基本路线为纲,向林彪和孔老二的反动 The seminar on the production of low-hydrogen welding rods was held on February 22 and February 28, 1974.
