本讲介绍路段车速观测问题。观测的主要目的在于研究线路的通畅程度及发生延误的原因,以便采取改善的措施。文中介绍了路段车速观测的几种方法——牌照法、试验车随车测速、浮动车测速;车速与其它影响因素的综合调查以及数据的整理和分析方法。并附有实例,可资参考。 This talk introduces road speed observation problems. The main purpose of the observation is to study the smoothness of the route and the reasons for the delay so that improved measures can be taken. In this paper, several methods for speed observation of road sections are introduced, such as license plate method, test car speed test, speed test of floating car, comprehensive investigation of vehicle speed and other influencing factors, data collation and analysis. And with examples, can be reference.
