当前学校之间竞争越来越激烈,学校要想在竞争中处于主动,仅靠传统的资源优势或者说靠政策上的倾斜未必完全如愿,还必须具有鲜明的文化凝聚力。文化乃组织之魂。学校文化通过激发人的主观能动性而成为学校发展的内在动力,在学校教育质量的提升、声誉的提高及特色的形成中发挥着重要作用。学校文化重在建设,而校长在这一过程中的作用是非常重要的。本期我们就这样的话题,约请几位小、中学校长结合自己的实践谈谈对这一问题的认识。
At present, the competition between schools is getting more and more fierce. If schools want to be active in the competition, the traditional resource advantages or the policy-oriented tilt may not be exactly what they want. They must also have distinctive cultural cohesion. Culture is the soul of organization. School culture has become the internal driving force of school development by stimulating people’s subjective initiative. It plays an important role in improving the quality of school education, improving reputation and forming characteristics. School culture focuses on construction, and the role of school heads in this process is very important. In this issue, we asked some small and middle school principals to talk about this issue on this topic.
