对电牵引采煤机电控装置的变频技术、PLC程序控制和GOT人机界面的自控技术及采煤机能实现的多功能、保护措施、显示功能进行了深入的研究,详细阐述了其电控装置的结构特征。通过研究与设计,更好地达到薄煤层电牵引采煤机对电控系统的安全、高效、寿命长、操作维护方便等要求。
The paper studied the frequency conversion technology, PLC program control, GOT man-machine interface automatic control technology and the multi-function, protection measure and display function of shearer’s electric control device of electric haulage shearer, and elaborated its electric control Structural features of the device. Through the research and design, the requirements of safety, high efficiency, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance of the electric control system for thin coal seam electric traction shearer are better achieved.
